AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

We are Noor V. Barrage LTD, trading as NVB Collective (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company registered in the United Kingdom.

We operate the Growth Systems Mentorship and any related products, services, or digital content that refer to or link to these legal terms (“Legal Terms”) (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you (“you”), and Noor V. Barrage LTD, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By enrolling in the Growth Systems Mentorship or accessing related content or communications, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

We may revise these Legal Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following the publication of updated Legal Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

1. OUR SERVICES

The Growth Systems Mentorship is a strategic and educational programme designed to support entrepreneurs and operators in building sustainable systems and operations. The Services include (but are not limited to) live calls, email content, resources, templates, and access to a digital community.

We make no guarantees about the specific results or outcomes of participating in this programme.

2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, including but not limited to templates, recordings, call replays, strategies, written content, and frameworks, are the intellectual property of Noor V. Barrage LTD. They are provided solely for your personal use as part of the mentorship.

You must not share, resell, edit, repurpose, redistribute, or reproduce these materials without prior written consent.

3. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

We are committed to creating a safe, supportive, and professional space for all participants. By joining, you agree to:

  • Treat all members with respect, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Avoid unsolicited pitching, selling, or spamming within the community spaces
  • Respect intellectual property and original ideas shared within the programme
  • Keep all conversations within the mentorship space confidential, unless you have permission to share

Violation of these guidelines may result in immediate removal from the mentorship without refund.

4. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services, you confirm that:

  • You are over the age of 18
  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement
  • All information you provide to us is accurate and up to date
  • You will not use the Services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose

5. MENTORSHIP ENROLMENT & PAYMENT

Your access to the mentorship will be granted upon full payment. Payment is processed via a secure third-party provider (such as Stripe or Square).

If a payment fails, your access may be paused until the issue is resolved.

Noor V. Barrage LTD reserves the right to change pricing or content of the programme at any time.

6. CANCELLATION POLICY

We do not offer refunds. However, if you wish to cancel your mentorship, you may do so at any time by completing the official Cancellation Form, which will be provided upon request.

Please note: Cancelling your payment does not automatically remove you from the programme or cancel your obligations. You must complete the cancellation process as outlined above.

7. REFUNDS POLICY

All purchases are non-refundable. No refunds, transfers, or exchanges will be issued once your payment is received.

8. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY

We take your privacy seriously. By signing up, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on request or linked via the mentorship platform).

We will never sell or misuse your data. All communications and client files are stored securely and only accessed by authorised members of our team.

You may request access to, or deletion of, your data at any time by emailing hello@nvbcollective.com.

9. USE OF CONTENT FOR MARKETING

By participating in the programme, you grant Noor V. Barrage LTD permission to use any feedback, comments, or results you share within the mentorship space, whether in written, audio, or video form, for promotional and marketing purposes.

This includes testimonials, anonymised case studies, screenshots (with identifying information removed unless you give written permission), and general programme success statistics.

If you would prefer to opt out of this, please notify us in writing by emailing hello@nvbcollective.com.

10. DISCLAIMERS

This mentorship is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a done-for-you service. All materials are for educational purposes only. You are responsible for applying the concepts shared and for any business decisions made as a result.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential losses, arising from your use of the Services.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Noor V. Barrage LTD, its team, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your participation or violation of these terms.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms and Conditions or the community guidelines. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

15. MISCELLANEOUS

If any provision in these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. These Terms represent the entire agreement between us regarding your participation in the Growth Systems Mentorship.
